Buying Buying Websites ($20.00 - $75.00/month) - SERIOUS Buyer PROOF Needed

Hello,

I am looking to add a couple more nice sites to my portfolio of websites. I am looking to buy websites that are currently earnings between $20.00 per month up to $75.00 per month.

I normally pay around 6-8x per site, however, to get the higher numbers I really need to see a long history of the earnings if I am going to take that big of a risk in purchasing them.

If you have websites to show me then I would love to see them, I have a couple requirements that I have when it comes to purchasing sites.

• Must be able to Show (Teamviewer) the Earnings and Traffic
• 100% Unique Content
• Penguin Safe (Will require MINIMUM 2 - 3 months proof of earnings and traffic)
• Wordpress for Easy Updating
