Buying Buying Webhosting Businesses w/ long term customers

Again, I have a client looking to acquire a number of web hosting companies. (If I have already spoken with you, no need to get in touch again).

We're looking to purchase hosting companies with no less than 50 domains under management. We're specifically interested in purchasing the web hosting side of any design or development firm.

Must have a high retention rate for customers.

We'd, also, be very interested in working out an ongoing partnership with the seller after the sale, where they would continue to send their design or development clients to us for web hosting services and we would provide a return for each customer referred.

We have an $xx,xxx budget PER web host company.

It comes along with a set of more than 70 customers (we resell web hosting to these customers).
