    I have a $200 total Budget and am ready to pay via paypal immediately.

    I am looking for webmaster or domain name sites. I am only buying based on member count, posts count, and the quality of these posts. I will pay you for your forum based on this. I am NOT interested in the quality of your domain name or the skin which you have used. Forum must use vbulletin.
