Buying traffic to feed adsense website.

    Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with buying traffic packages for a website ?
Seems that there are alot of companies offering like 5k hits for $20.
Looks like the problem here is if the traffic is targetted or not. And also, if it is hitbot traffic...
Please share your experiences with this and maybe, which company you bought the traffic from.

    Greetings

Google says to avoid using those type of services towards adsense if you read the TOS.

    Well i don't know, just asking :)
If people sell traffic coming from well-respected blogs or other good sites, than it could be useful... But if it is against TOS, i'm not gonna try it. I read info about a few of these sites, and most offer pop-under or popup traffic... Not really the kind of traffic i'm looking for.
What about purchasing text links or banner ads on other sites working in the same niche as your own site. Is this something people with adsense sites do ?

I tried one of those traffic packages a while back, and it was utterly useless. Not only did I get nowhere near the number of hits promised, but also the way it generally seems to work is that your site will open in a pop-under, and so the visitor will pretty much close the page instantly and won't navigate on your site, much less click on any ads.

    Stay away!

Never buy traffic from any site selling such or any person selling such.
Every time I have done so, most recently with someone on here selling traffic, it was a waste of time and money.
