I have been looking at the traffic forum and thinking of purchasing some traffic. but my question is, is it worth it??

How much of it will be botnets and other crap like that?

Is there anyone that is actually offering a reliable service out there?

I would love to have back all the money I spent on traffic when I first got started. What a waste! Now, the only traffic I pay for is PPC.

Yes, PPC seems only reasonable solution for buying traffic.

I use only Google AdWords. Does anyone use something else to suggest? Alexa? Something else?

My experience has been that you buy traffic, and you will get traffic, but it's not quality traffic. Probably just some click monkeys somewhere.

I'd recommend finding someone in your niche to advertise with, that way people that come will be interested in your site.

I was looking at a company that say they sell expired domain traffic. That sounded appealing, but again...... you just never know if that is really what it is.

Google AdWords is the better option. buying traffic from other is not a good idea. go for PPC, that simple and effective too.

Don't buy traffic it's mostly untargetted rubbish, a waste of time and money (even if it is a small amount)

Don't buy traffic. IMO, legit and real traffic is the only one that counts. All the rest are useless.

Don't purchase them 10,000 unique traffic for $6.99 packages. The reasons they stay in business is because of the newbies that don't know the real truth about a large majority of them. Most, if not all the traffic from these services are fake.

If you buy traffic, go for advertising like PPC or a link on another site for $5 per month or something like that, but still just don't jump into it as you can still get burned out of your money this way. You just have to be careful. Way's of getting burned is things like putting your site on another site for $5 a month when that site is new itself. lol

Have you got adsense on the pages that the traffic is coming to or any other CPM program. If you have then I would remove it as you may get a ban from invalid impressions.

Nope. It is not worth it.
It sounds appealing, but it is not traffic in the way that you think that it's real people directed to your site.
People buy traffic for different reasons, but looking for conversions, is not one of the reasons that ever works out.
    Ever!
Buying traffic, is like people buying diet pills. The prospect of loosing weight without proper diet and exercise appeals to so many people who are disparate, or don't want to do it the right way, but it is rarely the case.
However, it will always look appealing to people until the end of time.

I always said, 3 things that you can sell to people until the end of the world, and always have new costumers are:

    1. Anything that promises to help you loose weight.
    2. Anything that promises to grow hair.
    3. Anything that promises easy money

I think that I will add, Anything that promises traffic to your website, or enlarge your penis.

That's alright then, I thought I would just let you know as some people do things here and sometimes don't realise that it could result in a ban until they have actually received it and don't know why.

Hope you have success with the traffic what's left. Good luck.

    NO! DO NOT BUY TRAFFIC
Until you know what you are doing, and why you are buying it.
There is a purpose, but it is not to get conversions.
You need an advertising and marketing campaign to get REAL visitors to you site.(People)
