Any ball park figure on how much it would cost to get to #2, or anywhere in the top 10?
It ranges, but be careful there are a lot of scam artist out there who say they will get you in the top 10. They might for a few days then get you black listed because they used some black hat tricks. Do your research
I am doing some test for stronger words (google keyword tool shows full green for the keyword ) After 10 days ranked up in page 1 then moved to page 2 (google dance started) nothing like BH So it is possible to rank any keyword but depends how And be-careful from scammers as DP full of them.
