Buying sports, travel, sites with unique, static content

I'm looking for your forgotten or unloved sports (baseball, American football, car racing), travel/holiday/vacation sites (city/area spcific or general). I prefer sites in the $xxx range that need a little help being promoted and monetized. I'll consider turnkey sites but prefer sites a little bit older.

The most important thing to me is that the sites have unique/interesting content. Also, sites hould not need to be completely redesigned. Static sites are better for me than blogs and forums.

Plus, since I added the Myspace layouts 2 days ago, google search traffic is up from myspace search terms and earned $.65 adsense yesterday and $1.80 so far today.
