Buying buying sites with revenue or no revenue

I want to buy some sites.

Sites with revenue up to 300usd/month only stable revenue and proof of teamviewer etc will be required.
ONLY sites with 70%+ google organic traffic
No analytics? no buy
MAX payment is 6 months revenue for sites operating minimum 6 months = max 1800usd @ 300 / month revenue
for sites operating only 1 month only 1 month revenue will be given

I can still buy but you need custom design/custom concept
