Buying Buying sites that make money on Adsense

I'd like to buy websites that earn at least $50 a month on Adsense. Here are requirements:
- top level domain
- at least $50 USD a month on Adsense
- the website cannot break Adsense TOS
- at least 65% of traffic should be from search engines
- at least 2 months old

When replying to this offer, remember to include adsense stats as well as statistics screenshots(Google Analytics would be best).

Price will depend on many factors like content uniqueness and quality, but it will be multiplied monthly revenue.
