    a) only kid-safe sites are accepted.
    b) No online-Java-Flash games sites.. that uses content from other sites.
    c) Dmoz listed sites prefered.
    e) If the price is agreed on, you must let me see your webstats live (on its url) before purchase.
    f) Must have atleast 10 backlinks on google from external domains. (or 100 external links on yahoo).
    g) Budget: 200$ to 2000$

    if directories interests you, are you interested in this screensaver directory? I know it doesn't meet the requirements you mentioned but I don't think you'll find a directory for screensavers anywhere and the price is vey low. let me know if it suits you :)
