    I want to buy websites which are EASY to maintain and do not require necessary daily maintenance to keep it going.

    Requirements:
    - At least $5 per month adsense ravenue in last 3 and more months
    - No forums, no complex sites, and anything that requires daily maintenance or other costs
    - At least 50% of traffic to be organic... Sites with direct traffic you fake build is not what I am interested in
    - All the content must be unique and no legal issues connected with sites
