    I am still investing in sites, here is wha I am looking for.

    1. Sites with search engine traffic, at least 20 uniques a day.
    2. At least 2 months of steady search engine traffic with proof.
    3. Will pay 12 months of ad revenue.

    The tld extension does not matter.

    I have a thread up selling my site www.phatfreebies.com which is a little over a year old.

    Search engine traffic is just slowly starting less than 5 uniques a day sometimes less sometimes more.

    Overall 40-80 uniques a day with link trades to other free sites.

    Makes just over a $1 a day with adsense avg. ($31.66 for Octobober)

    Makes avg. $50 -$70 month (somestimes $80+) with BulletAds.com affiliate links.

    Makes $5-10 month with other affiliate links (CJ, MaxBounty)

    I rarely ever update the site just no time and one reason im selling.
