Buying Buying SEO by results

    I used to rank top 3 for 5+ keywords and since the penguin 2.1 my keywords rank in top 20 with a few top 5.

    I am paying $200 to get 5 specified keywords to top 5, payment will be made when SERP goals have been met for 3 days straight. I also require a weekly report on SEO efforts and progress.

    I can also instead pay $50 to reach serp goal of top 4 or more, I do need reports on efforts and progress to know that you're still in the game.

    This should be an easy task as the domain name is highly relevant on a low competition keyword. (http://i.imgur.com/XHXfSj7.png)
