    dunno if you're interested since this is a wordpress site and its not in your preferred niche list.
    but just in case, I have a blog from the "automotive" niche that I want to sell.
    it got over 800+ monthly unique visits, all organic (premium traffic) 99% from U.S targeted visitors.
    it has consistent monthly income from adsense which at its peak in Feb 2014 was $200+ with no backlinking efforts at all. (natural/organic ranking)
