Buying Quick Server Tune Up

    Hello. My server has been unstable due to "php sleeping processes".
    I dont know what I did, but somehow, After being up for a few hours, i get like 400 php sleeping processes and load jumps to 100 and server starts being inresponsive.

    To temporarly fix this, I set up a cron to restart HTTP every 2 hours. Everytime i restart Httpd the load comes back and eventually goes up again after a few hours.

    Any way to fix this? Willing to pay.

    We do server management. What is your setup? CPanel? is php fcgi/fast_cgi or mod_php or ?

    Hello there,

    Sounds like you have mod_fgid set up, as I have come across this issue before with hanging processes. As stated above though, please let us know your set up.
