Buying Proxy Hosting *Personal Used*

    100mb storage
    10GB bandwidth

    Must be able to access the my proxy using IP address such as http://88.777.666.555/~vtunnel

    This is due to i don't want to waste $$ to buy domain name.After all,my college will still block the domain name after some time.
