[Buying] Proxies and Proxy Toplists

I am looking for proxies that get around 1k uniques a month, as well as they must get a little revenue. I want creative ones not like "myspaceproxy.info" for example.

I am buying proxy toplists as well, I want the ones similar to for example http://www.freeproxysite.com/ I don't want the ones for example http://toplist.proxytastic.com/ .

Post AWStats, Top Listing Earnings, Adsense Earnings, etc.

Aswell post the Google Analytics, and/or AWStats Screenshot.

Price Range: Depends.
