Buying Buying Profitable Websites

Hi everyone, I have taken on a job for an employer that is looking to purchase profitable websites, and by profitable we are talking anywhere from the $300/ month and up range.

The value of a website is typically based on how much money it is currently making, but even if your site isn't making too much, we'd still be interested in buying it based on its traffic, content, design, etc. Usually we buy websites for about 8-12 times their monthly profit, but that range has been as low as 5 times and as high as 24 times monthly profit in the past, so it just depends.
