Buying Premium Sites (10k budget)

I'm looking to buy established websites earning anywhere from a couple hundred dollars a month to $2,000 a month. I'm willing to spend anywhere from 5x-12x monthly revenue depending on the site, and I can expand my budget if need be.

I am not looking in any particular niche, but the best sites would take only a few minutes of maintainence per day, if that, and would be receiving excellent traffic, hopefully including lots of organic traffic.

Not sure what you mean by cost to recreate, but if its not established now, I'm not interested. Also there's no price in the thread.

 

URL was given, site is well established...been running for 2+ years.

I pulled original asking price from the thread. We are looking for offers over $4,000 USD. This may seem high based on current revenue but we are basing this price a few factors: current revenue, the high quality backlinks, current user base and the cost it would take you to recreate a site like this with Amazon S3 integration and custom CMS.

Also included is iPhone app with link from apple.com and social network accounts (myspace has 2000 friends).

The only thing scaring me away from your site is I don't have tons of things to blog about, whether it be technology or whatnot, but I may still be interested.
