Buying popup traffic at a flat cpm rate *high traffic sites only*

    This is for non adult websites only and the ads are very clean no download stuff or anything. Very clean good ads. To get the ball rolling I will pay out every week.

    Its my own network and I will just pay a flat rate cpm unlike other networks. This network is the cleanest ads you will see.
