Buying Buying phpLD Directories!

I am currently looking to acquire phpLD based link directories.

I have the following criteria that I follow when buying a phpLD directory and will only buy a link directory that meets all of the following criteria:

- must be on the phpLD script (licensed or free version is fine)
- must be a proper link directory related domain
- no dropped domains
- PR doesn't matter but will pay more with ones that have PR
- at least 6 months old active and running as a link directory

The price I pay depends on:

- free/paid phpLD license
- domain age (will pay more for aged domains)
- page rank (will pay more for directories with established PR)
- amount of submitted links
- amount of traffic

I require any proof of traffic, PR, and any income to be submitted to me.

I am willing to pay for sites/domains ONLY with Escrow.com or Moneybookers. I prefer to use Escrow.com for larger transactions as it is the most secure for both sides.

Would you consider a .info free version of PHPLD directory meeting your criteria. I have one which has got more than 1000 pages indexed in Google.

 

I have 2 of these.

The 1st one.
- free phpLD license
- domain age = Feb 2006
- page rank = 3
- active links = 4k
- amount of traffic = 5k/mo uniques per awstats

The 2nd one is very similiar only no PR.

Let me know what you might pay for these.
