Most of the properties have good marketable names, good pagerank, are atleast 2+ years old and clean material.

URL's will be provided for serious inquiries only....

Pricing starts at a minimum of $5K

Please don't even request info unless you could seriously complete a transaction....

I am selling this property and others because I cannot dedicate the neccessary time to work on these properties. Basically, I'm swampted, and can no longer maintain these sites.

strong sites I'm looking to walk away from, not because there isn't tremendous potential, because I have no time.....

Helmet head is rubbing off on me it seems. Ignore me. However, there was some seriousness to that. I aint gonna chase anyone down to spend 5K serious or not. You want 5K from a customer, you post specifics. If you don't, YOU don't look serious IMO.

If the property is good, there should be a glowing upfront confident review of the item for sale.

Forgive me for resenting his calling someone that may have to ask what is for sale not serious if his item is crap, but we can't tell because we are not "serious" and can't inquire.

Were I in the position to invest $5000 right now, I wouldn't hesitate to check it out.
What he's trying to do is keep dorks from wasting his time discussing the sites and then saying .."well I have $42 in my PayPal...will that work..?"

Well I just looked at it different. You have 5K and want to spend it, I have 5K and need to be sold, not buy. Different perspectives.

Ofcource, as some of you know me, I have absolutely no problem with actually getting on the phone and revieling details of the properties....

This is for serious investors and like AzAkers mentioned, I'm just trying to avoid discussion with users that could not really buy one nomatter how much potential is emminent....

Good point, I was thinking of people that are looking to "Buy Net Properties", but good point, I have no objection to a mod changing the title...

I have to agree with that, in this case as I know the seller it's not a problem but I have been around DP for quite a while, however other prospective buyers may not know Clasione's reputation.

I have spent the last three months looking to buy sites and will not bother looking at any that are not out in the open for all to see.
I used to but found they were the dodgy ones, In just about every case where the details were not made public I found stats had been changed, revenue was inflated etc. The higher the asking price the more dodgy the site.
Even then every site I have bought or attempted to buy hasn't been without problems .

However, despite that several of you have noted that he has a good reputation, given that advice in another case I made an inquery to another blind offer from a person regarded as reputable.

I felt like it was an effort to see how much they could get me to spend. There were no properties shown. Every interest I expressed could be provided a solution, but I never saw one property to evaluate.

 

You both have made some valid points... I can understand your view... But, atleast for those who know me, their not worried, but for those who do not I can see where your coming from...

 

please PM info, I'm a serious buyer with the funds to pay immediately for the right web properties.
