Buying ***Buying Micro-Niche Sites With 1st Page Google Rankings***

    I am looking to buy any of your micro-niche sites that are ranked on the 1st page of Google for their target keywords. I want niche sites with exact match domains only so please don't PM me asking to buy a site of yours that isn't so.

    Requirements:

    • It must be a micro-niche site with an exact match domain.
    • Only .com, .org, and .net extensions. No .infos!
    • Must be ranked on the 1st page of Google for it's keyword phrase.
    • You must be able to show some sort of proof of traffic and revenue if there is any. I greatly prefer Google Analytics to show traffic stats, but if you have AW Stats that is OK too.
    • It has to be at least 1 month old so that I know the ranking is stable and not just doing the Google Dance.
    • The content must be unique.
    • You must be able to show screenshot proof of any claims you make about the site.

    If you have any sites that fit the above description, send me a PM and I will take a look at them. Please PM me and don't post them here.

    Also, please give as much detail about the site as you can in your PM. Don't just send me a URL alone and expect me to make an offer on it. Tell me where it's ranking, any revenue, etc.
