Buying Buying Micro-Niche Sites That Rank Well on Google - Revenue or no Revenue.

    Hey everyone,

    If you have any micro-niche sites that you're trying to sell, I am interested in buying them.

    They can be monetized with Adsense, Amazon, or eBay or not even monetized at all. What I'm really looking for is sites that rank on the 1st or 2nd page of Google for their main keyword phrase.

    Some key points I'm looking for:

    • The site has to be ranking well on Google. (either the 1st or 2nd page but preferably the 1st)
    • The keyword phrase that the site is ranking for must receive a good amount of EXACT searches per month. (1k or more is good.)
    • I'd prefer if the content on the site was unique. If it's an auto-blog, go ahead and send me a PM anyway and if I think I can work with it then I'll consider buying it.

    Send me a PM with your sites that you have available and all the details. I need to know the keywords it ranks for, how many searches they get per month, the traffic it gets, etc. Please don't just send me a URL alone and expect me to make you an offer for the site.

    Also, if you have screenshots, I would love to see those as well. Google Analytics, AW Stats, Adsense earnings, and all that good stuff.

    The niche doesn't really matter to me. I'm looking for anything that can be monetized with Adsense basically.

    As for a budget, I'm looking for lower end sites right now that I can build up. So nothing more than a few hundred but preferably $100 or less per site.

    No I'm not really looking for a movie site. I want micro-niche sites that are centered around 1 keyword phrase - Stuff like "best outdoor grill" and other keyword phrases like that.
