    -Must have google analytics
    -Must have 100+ unique visitors per day.

    -If you make any profit, that is better for you.
    -If you have a page rank that is also better for you.

    If you don't like my claim, prove me wrong. I sincerely doubt you have any website that ever gave you money, let alone 4500 USD a month.
