[Buying] Looking to buy a site with mediocre traffic

Alright, I've seen countless posts like this one, though it never seems to pan out I'll give it a whirl.

Goals:
1) Not to get rich quick
2) Not even to make money
3) Find a new hobby / project

What I don't want:
1) Proxy sites
2) MySpace sites
3) Arcade sites
4) File hosting sites (images, files, etc)
5) No turnkey / template sites (IE: sites with cliche template.. you know what I mean)

What I want:
1) A site that's established (at least 6 months) and is getting roughly 500-2000 uniques a day without advertising, or more with advertising.
2) Unique clean design

Notes:
Revenue isn't a huge factor, more of looking for established site with consistent traffic (hopefully organic / bookmarked). As said previously I don't have a get rich quick mentality, more of looking for a site that's established where I can continue to work on / expand into something of my own.

When posting offers please post the following information:
Domain
Stats
Revenue (if any) and how you're getting it
Any free / licensed scripts ran (or if it's in house script)
Why you want to sell it
Asking price (BIN) and if you would accept a "financing" type deal (assuming the price is high)


Sorry for the lengthy post, but I seem to see a lot of small one liners that aren't concise. Hopefully this sums up what I'm looking for, cheers

 

Maby im just pathetic, but is 2000 views a day from pure type-ins as you dont want advertising concidered mediocre. I doubt you'll be offered any sites like that that people are trying to get rid of! Thanks... Nicolas

Yes, that's fairly easily achieved with minimal marketing work, though that's also why I put in a range for some people.

(Keep in mind uniques isn't "type in's", can be from SE, bookmarks, and so forth)
