Notice the misspelling of "accusations", he might be young or foreign, or a bad speller

and here's what sherriffonline (from here) pm'd me today about his situation:

here's what sherriffonline told me today:

    Hi,

yes. the guy using the following email for me too.he paid $670 , which reversed by paypal after few hours. nothing i can do... my lost is lost.

have you pushed the domains to his account. if not do not do that. i experienced 1 days back with huge loss.

    and

    Hi,

he wil pay the amount with some unauthorized account. which will be reversed after few hours by paypal due to unauthorized transactions. my funds all gone. and my domains also gone...

please beware of that. do not transfer domains. godaddy will support us if you transfer the domains. i am waiting for paypal dispute results.

but as many suggested no use of complaining...

    Take care.
    Sheriff

if godaddy does not help us w/ this guy, i am all for contacting my business attorney tomorrow if you guys want to go in on a class action lawsuit b/c it would appear to me that godaddy is neglegent by knowingly allowing this guy to maintain godaddy accounts & continue to do this.

    just my $.02

It would explain why his msn was idiotenglish... Either we have the biggest domain mastermind behind all of this, or this guy is just using some basics on everyone, either way taking legal action is the best way.

Yea that was me who quoted his PM. This guy is a dirtbag, and from the first minute I suspected it was fraud. I mean really, who would accept the price of $670 for 8 half way decent LLLL.com without any negotiation? I just had a feeling, he had 0 posts and no I-trader. Here is the info he PM'd me for payment: His user name was KINGSTON

    David Hayling
    address: 2489 Ray Court
    city:Laurinburg
    state: north carolina
    zip: 28352
    usa
    phone: 9103186373

my bad wagz, they looked like dobbys from the pic. $50 says everyone gets their domains back after seeing wagz's "collection".

why cant Paypal and Godaddy work together and find out a solution for those who lost their domains. I mean wouldnt it be easy for Godaddy to track down the domains if they were still in their system and then transfer them back to seller. Also, cant you cancel a domain push?

when i called GD today the dude (Josh) said that they should be able to stop the push since its within godaddy to another godaddy account, but told me i had to email and give them all the info - i did that litearlly 12hrs ago & have since sent 5 more emails w/ updates based on these threads.....have yet to hear back from them.
I keep hearing others who have been scammed telling me GD told them they wont help.....i dont understand it b/c it really is creating a big liability for GD for something that is obviously a scam which they've been made aware of and allowing to propegate.

yea that sounds familiar. I recall someone else getting scammed on NP by some guy in Romania and GD said they couldnt do anything, eventhough they had the guys info and domains. I think that filing a lawsuit is the correct course of action, it seems that GD needs a wake up call...they continuously allow this to happen and turn a blind eye.

class action lawsuit prefile paperwork to GD might get them to wake up, this should be safegaurded for the honest customers and not allowed to take place w/ these scammers using their system. Its almost like this guy targetted GD b/c he knows he can get away w/ it.
