I learned a very costly mistake. Always pay domain purchases via Moneybookers only. they have no chargebacks and a buyer can also choose escrow for a very low fee.
Paypal never cares for sellers , hence moneybookers is the way to go.

MoneyBookers is all in Euros though. And they charge you to make a withdrawl to your bank account.. Uhhg.. And they charge 8% to recieve money from a credit card. PayPal charges 1.9 to 2.9%.
PayPal just needs to get with the times and offer better services that cater to intangible goods. MoneyBookers I don't think is for me either.. Maybe I'll just start using Moniker Escrow..

I just got off of a 2 hour conversation with GoDaddy.

They refuse to help me. They say that they will have the names for 60 days. And that I should file a claim with local law enforcement.

And from there I need a court order to GoDaddy to give my names back.

They said that me, a long term customer with 200 domain names, my word is not good enough. The fact that this scammer is funneling all these stolen names into an account is not good enough.

They choose to not get involved.. It is not a LAW..

Call the GoDaddy Executive Services phone number and let them know what you think.

1-480-505-8885 - GoDaddy executive services, don't let them transfer you!

1-480-505-8828 - GoDaddy office of the president

Call them and let them know what you think about them supporting scammers.

Also, GoDaddy confirmed that If I were to go around stealing names that they would not take them away from me, the confirmed that they do infact help scammers.. WTF!

Well thats it- As of now I'm evil- Here is the deal guys- I have a godaddy account, I have alot of itraders- So I will buy all LLLL.COM'S for $200 each no matter if its crappy or not but pronouncable and ones with A's prefered- Once you transfer I will claim unathorized funds and noone will help you and you won't guilt me into giving them back.
Now when you all say you had a transaction with me- I will claim one of two things either my account was hacked or I'm a broker for the scammer...I will then sell your domains on ebay for a nice profit...Thanks for your time and please remember to drop your domains in my bucket- Since I've lost 4- I now want to scam and gain 400 as its only fair and noone including godaddy will stop me..
Okay my sick sense of humour- ALL IN FAVOR OF SUING GODADDY SAY IIIIIIIIIII

WORD .. They don't care one bit, as long as they have reg fees. You can call them and tell them that you are a scammer stealing names and they still wouldn't care..

Money dont smell for BlowDaddy.com,they will scare the scamer, keep the domains and resell stolen property on TDNAM.com.
How many federal laws they are breaking? Too many...
FBI,too busy....small case...20 people get screw and nasty blow daddy lawyers.
TDNAM comiting wire fraud about 3,000 times a day:they are selling domains which is not belong to them(check fine print about 30 ICANN redamtion period)If you are try to recover your expired domain(currently at TDNAM auction)they will move you around.....
If you are transfering domain to Blowdaddy make sure to check WHOIS on your panel:99,9% its will be screw up.
Reason:potential buyer cant get in touch with you.,and to TDNAM.

I also just got the standard "We don't give a F@#k reply from godaddy.

Thank you for your email. It appears that you have a 3rd party agreement between yourself and the buyer. We are not able to become involved in this dispute.

Any further disputes over the ownership or wording of the domain name will need to be sent either to the registrant, through an arbitration forum such as World Intellectual Property Organization (http://www.wipo.int), or the court system. Please be assured that if we receive notice of a pending legal dispute we will lock the name so that it cannot be transferred or otherwise modified. Likewise when we receive a Decision we will update the name accordingly.

    Thank you.

    Undo Department

This was my reply to them.

Third Party agreement!!!! Since when has a theft of property been an agreement !!You obviously want to distance yourselves from this problem. From the information I have provided it is blatantly apparent that this person has obtained these domains using details stolen from another Paypal account. It is also apparent that the information on the WHOIS is now bogus. I have checked and the address does not exsist, no one is responding to the email and the phone# is a mobile!
How do you expect to keep customers with an attitude such as this?? Do you really think that a thief is going to go to arbitration?? What planet are you on!!
The stance you have taken over this is disgusting for a company of your size. Without the likes of myself you would not exsist! Why can you not transfer the names to a neutral holding account and see if this thief complains? I would bet all my domains you wouldn't hear a peep out of him!
It's kind of a mockery that Paypal can return the funds to the guy who's account was fraudulently used yet you cannot return the domains that were fraudulently obtained during this transaction. REAL JUSTICE!!

That is almost exactly what I told them, over the phone, 20 times. The finally said they were finished discussing the issue with me.. Where's the Customer Service, more like Scammers Service. ScammerDaddy.

What if we all conference call them? What if I call DateLine.. or my local news reporter?

Well I would say catch hold of a big domain blogger and forward the news to him/her. Digg and other social bookmarks will take this matter further.

It is really sad that people resort to stealing to make quick bucks.
