A lot of work goes into getting PR6 or more. Try to buy links from PR7 but it is better if you get a PR8 link. However, make sure google doesn't know you are buying links. However, I always suggest straightforward, request link method. Provide good quality content and ask a PR7 or 8 person to consider your post for a link. most probably they will.
