    Correct me if I am wrong, but PR is built up not only on incoming links but content as well. If someone buys a dropped domain and changes the content, wouldn't all incoming links be considered irrelevant!

    Not sure if this will solve the problem but at least it allows you to have a visual record of the changes that occured on any domain name.

    i too wanted to buy some high PR 5 or PR 5 + links for my sites...but was confused because i was having probs in recognizing the real seller and not the fake high PR selling person.
