i was skepticle at first but bought it because it seems that the seller had good feedback. so i assume he wouldnt cheat. the money was paid via paypal and i cant retreive it back unless paypal awarded me with it.

he said "you will get high pr by posting your links in my database".

    1. some of his database does not allow people to post their links. It is sponsored links where I still have to pay.

    2. Many pr 7 or 8 websites in his database are blogs. Can i get high pr by posting in blogs? I heard many people saying it doesnt work that way.

I dont think paypal will manually go through all the links in the database and see if the websites can help boost pr... they might not even know what is google pr!!!

    ----------
that was how he replied to my compaint.

"As I explained to the buyer when he first requested a refund. 1. At no stage did I mislead the buyer. The auction stated that this was for 180 text links on various sites. At no stage in the auction did I say I would place the links anywhere. 2. It clearly stated in the Auction: "All sales listed on eBay will be completed through eBay! Buyer agrees to purchase exactly what is stated in the ad. Seller will not be held responsible for items assumed to be included in the auction. Any and all questions regarding items at auction must be resolved BEFORE purchase and seller will not be held responsible for questions not resolved before you press buy it now." 3. The auction clearly stated that "the buyer could place their links on any of these sites without waiting for a webmaster to do it for them." 4. It also clearly stated in the auction that "no support will be offered following the sale." 5. This buyer purchased my database of links, uses them, then wants a refund. That's just not cricket. I am now escalating this dispute to a claim. It is not my problem if this person did not read the auction instructions. If the buyer had questions or was unsure, he should have contacted me like the auction stated.

The auction was genuine and stright forward. This buyer did not follow the instructions in the auction. There were no underhand tactics, no hidden messages that the buyer suggests. The customer gets to use my personal database of high ranking sites, and then claims he wants his money back. I should not be penalised for this."

descrate, please give out sellers name so we can keep us out of him. I have tried someone selling website traffic on ebay, later what i got. He said it caches website and views your website. What a LOL.... Counter doesnt counted, Adsense doesnt registered impressions. What kind of traffic. Left negative feedback on him, but he is stilling selling those kind of shit traffic on ebay.
