Buying Links from "Quality" Directories.

Is it worth it? Which ones do you recommend? Have you done it to your site?

My site is a PR1 and I have had it for 1 year and 6 months. I have a lot of links but they are all forum posts, a couple of relevant directories to my field, and social bookmarks.

Would it be worth it for me to buy links at Business.com, JoeAnt, Gimpsy, etc?

Or will Google not give me any credit? Aaron Wall with SEOBook says to do it but woud you and have you?

Yes, they do count as strong backlinks but not as strong as links coming in from high PR sites relevant to your.

My strategy has always been to get every link I possibly can, whether paid or not, and it has proven extremely successful. Joe Ant yes, I also get the one from botw.org. If you have the resources to do it, I highly recommend doing it. It made a difference for me.

i think buying blogposts on related blogs is a lot better than buying a link in a directory.

I only try to link on pages with high pr and relevent content.
And paid directorys are ok if they going to put your link on a nice page at a low price, but i dont like to pay unless its really worth it.

You can't buy links at JoeAnt.com. You buy a guaranteed review within the next two business days. Paying does not ensure that your submission will be accepted for inclusion in JoeAnt.com.
