    Hello guys,

    Is it okay to buy links from domains that were dropped recently with pr6 or pr7. However, Google updates the new content of the site.

    let me know

    If the sites are dropped, are they still live?

    Sounds good. Im presuming you mean that they have dropped in PR but use to be high PR, and since the drop they have added content. Well to me this sounds like a good investment because knowing PR history, with new content the sites have a good chance of returning to their old PR. Thus you could be buying the links for a bargain and make heaps on them.

    Yes it should be good for the short term for the person who purchased links. Probably until the next PR update. Because the PR ranking tools only go on the PR of the sites potraying the links from the last update. And more than likely if the domain even though its just selling links, has a long history of a high PR then it might not even be affected that greatly. So it can't be bad for a person to buy links on a dropped domain because its PR is still in tact until the next update. And secondly the PR of such a site may not even drop, or drop that much.

    before buying a link on dropped domain you have to see whether the links would be intact for the next PR update or not

    If Google is showing backlinks for the site definitely buy links from such site as it would be of more value to you

    In many cases, expired domains lose their old PR in the next Google update unless they get new backlinks according to their niches.

    I have a similar thread on buying links.

    if its recently dropped and has pr, why not ? lol it wont go down until the next update and there is a chance it'll stay same or even go up, i doubt pr6 domain will go all the way down to pr3 or pr4 that easily.
