I have started a new web site www.efravel.com to allow people to save money on auto transportation by using their members from trusted social network to transport their vehicle.

I would like to buy some links in high PR sites to improve the popularity of the site. Any suggestions?
    Thanks for your help:)

Skip the buying, and get relevant backlinks in other ways.

Article submissions, blog posts, social bookmarking, RSS directories, press releases, etc, etc.

Have never felt like I got my money's worth buying links.

    Just my two cents.

There are a lot of people who try to sell links with fake PR. If you really want to buy link, PR should only be one of your considerations. You should also check other aspects such as the traffic of the site.

i.e. you should try to buy links with high quality but not high PR

Buying links is Okay but that's not enough. how much you can spend? still it won't be enough for a better ranking. try out social bookmarking, forum posting, blog commenting etc. Its all free.

I always say never put all of your eggs in one basket. You want to diversify your marketing efforts and not just focus on one. Buying links can be great, but their are several other methods you can use to generate not only good backlinks, but even steady traffic if the content is worthwhile to the reader. Like mentioned above articles are a great source, write them for the reader and not make them sound like a sale pitch and you will see people clicking on the link that goes with your article.
