I am thinking of buying an ebook from clickbank. But I was wondering how easy it is to get a full refund? If it is easy to make a refund like the website says, couldnt people take advantage of that? for example, just get the book and ask for a refund whether you like it or not?

yes its easy and yes it can be taken advantage of.

you could say "I want a refund because my knee hurts"... "I want a refund because I bought a cheese burger the other day"

i dont think its too easy.
can you imagine how much more work cb would have to do if they were to try and avoid giving refunds. They would need to employ 10 more people just for this alone. + their current setup keeps them out of hot water. + they make enough money, no need to annoy consumers and draw unwanted attention by fighting against refunds.

That's true, but dishonest customers still can take advantage of this. Many who know how clickbank refund process works, simply buy a product, use it and then request a refund. You can't do that in real world usually, unless you have a good reason.

Most people are honest. If you give them something with quality, they are less likely to refund it. If you sell crap, don't expect big checks.

I have bought more then 50 ebooks myself on clickbank and for 3 of them i have asked a refund because they were totally crap. I just emailed them that i was dissapointed with the product and that was enough to receive my money back.
But you don't even have read the book/used the service yet and you are already thinking about refunding it.

    That is correct.
people usually do not ask for refund if they are satisfied with the product.
