Buying Buying Free and Shared Web Hosting Site/Clients

We are looking to buy specifically dedicated, and VPS clients. However, if there is a shared web hosting provider with a solid track record, and all of the details on client history of 12-24 months, we may consider buying those as well. However, I should mention that all shared clients, upon migration, would be upgraded into a Solus VPS platform.

Please make sure that you have all income and expense claims in order (you would be surprised how many times we get contacted with incomplete information about a company, and expected to make an offer). We would also be looking at a level of non-compete on any client who's sold. Ultimately, we would like to buy out the company, but this is not an option for everyone. This is a non-issue for most legit sellers.
