    2) How many real and active members
    3) How many active mod(s) and admin(s) are currently running the site
    4) Any revenue generated, if so, please describe the channel(s)
    5) Operating cost to run the forum per month

    7) Will the forum software license be included

    Currently no steady revenue generated. The site has made some through affiliate programs and banner ads as revenue channels through the years.
    Operating Costs: A reliable shared hosting plan $5-10/month could handle this site at the moment. Currently hosted on a Hawkhost shared plan.
    Asking Price: Taking reasonable offers right now. Would like to negotiate a fair price.
    Forum software vBulletin: License cannot be included because I purchased my license 2nd hand and vBulletin only allows for a license to be "re-sold" once.
