Buying expired domais w/ high PR

    Ensure its backlinks have enough PageRank to support your domain once next update occurs.

    For instance if you buy a PR4 and its backlinks consist of a few PR 5s and 4s your PageRank should stay pretty solid.

    and the domain history too...who knows what MFA's was there before...
    and of course the backlinks and check also for redirects too
