Buying expired domain

    If a domain expired in April and aquired in May
    If domain has most pages still indexed in google.
    If domain ranks for keywords.


    What happens if:

    1) I buy the domain and lauch the exact same site and have private registration?

    -- Google could think owner recovered domain and reuploaded site?

    Anyone try?
