Buying Buying Established Websites Earning $300+/month

Hi,

We would like to buy established websites (English Only) that earn money via Adsense (or another source of income which is solid and does not require much work). We don’t have a budget limit and we can buy as many websites that we find with our criteria. Based on the website, we would pay 10-18 times of monthly profit. So if you have a website matching following criteria, send me a PM along with your websites URL and any details that you can provide.

- Age: The website should be at least 24 months old.

- Earning: the earning should be more than $300 per month (net profit). The preferred source of income is Google Adsense, but we'll consider websites with other sources of income. The important thing is that it shouldn’t need any work like shipping products, etc. Everything should be automated. We would like to see proof of income for at least the last 18 months.

- Traffic: Traffic should be organic and sustainable. We look at the past 24 months traffic. It should have either an upward trend or flat. We are not interested in websites that have 1000 unique visitors one day and 10 visitors the next seven days. We'll look at the daily traffic for 24 months and analyze it to see if it was a real and sustainable traffic.

- Monthly Work: It shouldn’t require more than couple of hours of work a month to keep the current level of earning.
