Buying established revenue earning sites

I am interested in buying FIRST CLASS established websites which are at least 1 year old and satisfy the following criteria:

1. A decent Google Pagerank + Alexa Ranking + Overture score + Linkpop.

2. Website should be optimized for Search engines and should appear in the Top Ten on Google/Yahoo/Msn for important keywords related to that particular Industry.

3. I have no Budget resrictions but please dont quote ridiculous prices. I have been in this industry for quite some time now so I can identify the 'Real McCoy' when I see it. I WILL NOT PAY MORE THAN 12 MONTHS NET PROFIT unless you have something really unique.

4. Please dont send me sites which are just a few days/months old and are based on a template/script which you can buy for 20 bucks somewhere.

5. I am interested in buying quality websites which add value to people's online lives and businesses and keep them coming back for more.

6. Examples of sites:

a. The site can be very for a very niche industry (like a Indie music site, a Web Application Software site)

b. It can be a public utility (like an News site, Blogging site)

c. It can be Entertainment related (like a DVD, Music streaming site)

d. It can be a product selling site (like Amazon related, Software, Online pharmacy etc.)

7. SITE SHOULD HAVE A REVENUE STREAM FROM SALES, ADS ETC. AND SHOULD NOT BE BANNED BY GOOGLE OR ANY OTHER AD NETWORK.

Prefereably, the site should not require more than a couple of hours everyday to run. Auto-pilot sites will get first preference.
