Buying Buying Established Adsense Sites - $5-10 month

I am looking for a few sites that are currently generation $5-$10/month in adsense.

Specifics:

Must be at least 1 year old
Must comply with all Google Adsense TOS rules
Have at least 20% organic traffic (SE traffic)
At least 150 unique visits per month
NO PROXY, STREAMING MOVIES or illegal sites

All marketing and traffic generating technigues must be 100% white hat

Must show traffic and revenue statistics for past 3 months.
(revenue proof must include screenshot of adsense channel used, do not send generic screenshots with no details)


I am not interested in sites that are freshly build or are cookie cutters
