Buying Buying domain pr not needed

Hi,
I need a domain which is not based on any particular keyword or niche. Need just a domain which can be used for any niche. Domain must be old and must be in google index.
Max I pay is $10. Cheaper the better. Domain must not be penalized and no backlinking must be done on it. I need to buy a clean domain free from spam. Hope you got it.

umm dude, just buy a new domain as finding something that is clean (with no backlinks) that is indexed in google (yet has no content or backlinks and is 100% clean) all for just $10 is just being really silly.

If a new domain is $10 usd per year, would it not be reasonable that if someone has a domain that you want, that meets your requirements to pay them $10 PER YEAR that it has been registered?
