Buying domain for redirect to the main site

    I heard that people are buying expired domains to get the traffic to the main site. Any success with this?

    Also if i buy the domain like www.keyword.com and make a redirect -->> anysite.com will my domain www.keyword.com rank in google?

    Can google index the content of the site if the main page has redirect -->> to anysite.com?

    Well,nearly no rank in google.Since you have redirected it,google thinks that anysite.com is your website.

    it's called backdoor traffic, many webmasters uses it, you can get more traffic with this but not much

    If the expired domain is relevant to your niche and still it has page rank and backlinks, it would worth.
