[buying] Developed or undeveloped web development forum

I'm looking for something that is at least established in the sense that the url wasn't registered yesterday and you didn't throw a copy of phpbb on it.

It would be nice if I could find something along the lines of a semi-established or now defunct web design/development forum based on phpbb, smf or vb with a custom skin.

I'm pretty flexible on the criteria, but I don't really want to spend a whole lot of time designing and coding a new forums skin.

I'm not looking for anything developed unless you're looking for a partner/JV.

 

Well I can offer www.devpyramid.com - users are from a previous web development forum.

Skin is custom and unique and I will throw in a few webmaster scripts like PR checker and Whois checker.

Additionally I could include www.jamesrayers.com/templates/egyptian which is quite relevant to the theme of the site and would make a very very nice tool site type thing.

Looking for - about $160 including template - $80ish without.
