the only servers at those prices you'll find are older lower spec servers like durons or pIII's etc, you don't mention if that is to include a control panel? these guys have some cheapo's at 59 a month http://www.tranxactglobal.com/dedicatedservers.php , but traffic is only 400gb , for a unlimited server you really need to up your budget
for $110/month you can get a dedicated server from steadfastnetworks with 1.2TB bw limit per month, i host there myself and there very good.
another factor is whether you need the server managed? i have servers with servstra and they are fully managed, and a great company
Thank you all for your suggestions very much. I really appreciate it. I decided to stop at at keyweb.de. EUR 49 for Athlon with unmeterd traffic (EUR 79 set up fee). Free 10 domain Plesk CP. European hosting is more cost-effective at the moment.
Now I even think for downgrading the hosting plan for a while. May be VPS will be enough for me. And there is really bigger number of $10-$20 VPS offers on the market.
