I am writing an article on purchasing custom software for a Web industry trade publication and am interested in interviewing those that have purchased applications for their offline or online business. I am most interested in those that have seen a measureable improvement as a result of a specific project or have had an outright bad experience. Also, any insights that forum members could provide on "how to buy custom software" would be appreciated.
