Buying Content/Information websites - 50k budget!

We're buying content websites. Here's what we're looking for:

- Most of the content must be UNIQUE (at least 30 unique articles). No copied ezine articles, etc.
- Content must be primarily articles/text. No forums, directories, etc.
- Articles must be well written with good grammar/design
- Domain must be at least 6 months
- Content must already be indexed by google
- No warez, porn, or any stuff of questionable legality.
- Should have at least 100 backlinks as shown by domainpagerank.com
- Up to $50k budget

Warren, did you like anything from the around 2 dozen sites I sent except the one you purchased already ?

 

It seems that these sites are relatively new without any backlinks. Once they mature a bit and gain some backlinks, we'll be interested in them.
