    no no no you misunderstood.
    You can buy as many condoms as you want its just that these guys have created a funny situation in which the shop keeper is playing a horny sob and teasing the customer who seems to be in a hurry. He is asking him about the girl and the fun they are gonna have etc etc. That's all. :D
