How effective is buying blog posts on other blogs for links ? Would it be worth it to social bookmark purchased blog posts so they can gain more exposure to SE´s ?
Seems like that would be a lot of effort and time but sounds like a decent idea. I have just started rolling on some of my blogs and submitting them to social bookmarks.

blog post will give you a huge target traffic (choose a similar content blog with your site) and permanent backlinks, it is better than a sponsor links as it is an ad and temporary.
Blog posting can help u but buy only links from relevant blogs ! Just search blogsearch form getting more relevant links !
If you buy a sponsored review from a high traffic blog in your niche, you will get a lot of targeted traffic.
